With 25 years experience in the wellness industry, I am both a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer, as well as founder of Wellness Warrior, a wellness brand incorporating digital, media, publishing and events.
Born and bred in Sydney Australia, I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 1995, working extensively in Sydney’s leading gyms before relocating to London is 2005.
Like many who find yoga, I discovered the ancient practice following an injury in 2014. I traveled to India to train as a Sattva Yoga Teacher, qualifying under world-renowned Yoga Master, Anand Mehrotra, at the Sattva Academy in Rishikesh.
I have taught extensively on the international yoga festival circuit and have staged large scale yoga events at iconic London venues, such as The Shard, Ministry of Sound and Floating Pocket Park
Successfully leading the charge in the men’s yoga revolution, I am flipping the traditional female- heavy ratios to see men outnumber women in many of my classes. Last April I curated 50 Men 50 Mats which created a space for 50 male yoga virgins to come together for their first yoga experience.
I believe that a combination of both yoga and strength training is the key to achieving positive transformation, both mental and physical. This powerful combo will increase endurance and strength, improve complete body posture, and achieve balance and flexibility - not to mention inner stability and mental balance.
