My names Asa (Pronounced Acer) I have 11 years experience as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
In this time I have specialised in a wide variety of areas having trained professional sports people and amateur participants right the way through to posture correction for office workers and writing programs for the sick and elderly.
These days I specialise in introducing the right sort of exercise for you into your lifestyle and showing you how to maintain healthy and balanced nutrition, whilst working around injuries or other limitations.
The combination of these two aspects will take you from where you are to where you want to go whether thats losing weight or toning up your abs or glutes.
I always start every new client with a 'PT Taster' this is 2 X PT sessions for a total of £120. This gives you the opportunity to see what sort of stuff we will work on and to see if it is for you without having to commit to a large package.
