I have been a personal trainer for 4 years, I am originally from South Africa Cape Town. I love helping people move better and strengthen their bodies.
I emphasise for my clients an all round education when it comes to health and fitness this means understand training and nutrition principles. This will put them in great place even when their journey with me has finished.
