What do we offer?
One - on - one personal training provides superior results and techniques for the vast majority of exercisers.

At FitStudioZ we have helped hundreds of people achieve their ambition in transforming their body and starting a new healthy way of living.

All Personal Trainers come with at least a level 3 qualification and years of experience.

At FitStudioZ we offer private booths sourced with the latest equipment to help you get the most out of your training sessions.

There is no waiting for equipment and being in the private booth means you never have to feel intimidated whilst training.
What will each session feel like?
Each session will last an hour. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals.

Making the start and turning up for the first session is the most important and difficult step to take. Most are very nervous and even afraid to take this first step.

Your fitness instructor will assess your fitness level, figure out what your goals are (or help you set them) set up a program and keep you motivated. He or she will push you past your comfort level - -something difficult to do on your own. Your trainer will also provide:
1 - Guidance on reaching your goal including a nutrition plan - this is not a diet
2 - Education about strength training, cardio and every day activities
3 - A reason to show up for training
4 - Accountability
5 - Ways to help track your progress
Is it a big cost commitment?
Personal training can be expensive but you will end up with an exercise habit, long - term weight loss and a resource you can turn for advice. That makes it a pretty good investment on yourself.

You can try sharing the cost with a friend and opt for buddy training. Also remember that personal training is all about you.

You are always in control. When you want to move training on your own your personal trainer will help you transition and will even give you a programme to get started. You can maintain seeing them as frequently or infrequently as you would like.

I am too overweight and out of shape
This is where most people feel nervous: "What if I can't do the exercises", "what if I don't make it through", "what if my trainer sees how lazy and out of shape I am".

At FitStudioZ remember each personal trainer is there because first and foremost they want to help you. They have only one interest and one goal: To help you achieve your ambition in a fun and safe way.

I don't know what to expect. Will it hurt?
Exercise shouldn't cause pain. You will of course feel some discomfort as your body does things you are not used to but it won't be painful. Your training will be bespoke around you!
I am afraid of failing
You have probably tried tens of diets, exercise programmes, bought a fitness gadget, joined a gym and have not been able to see the long term results you were expecting.

Personal Training at FitStudioZ is the funnest and easiest way to achieve this. Your personal trainer will not just guide you during your sessions, he will be there by your side as you achieve your goals, guiding you, giving you tips and looking out for you.
What if I don't like my Personal Trainer?
Personal training is a close relationship based on trust and of course personality match. All of the Personal Trainers at FitStudioZ have only one key objective: Your Success.

In the unlikely event you simply just not "click" with your personal trainer please let us know. Trust us neither them or us will think anything of it. With more than 30 Personal Trainers offering services at FitStudioZ we are certain the right one is here for you.
How do I get started?
First select the package from below.

If you are ready to commit take the gold package. In the first month you will train 3 times a week (on average) to get you started. After 3 weeks you will see the first results and you will feel stronger, healthier and happier. As you progress during second month you will go for twice a week as you establish your routine and get introduced to new exercises.

This is the best package to get you started and give you that first initial push.

If you prefer to have a taster before you commit go for the 3 session kick start package.

If you would like to have more flexibility on your sessions choose one of our 5 or 10 session packages. To ensure effective results don't spread your sessions out too much. You should be training with your fitness instructor at least twice a week.
